Airport Pickup

To ensure your arrival is as smooth as possible, you might want to consider booking our airport pick-up service. This service is available from Birmingham Airport and Heathrow Airport.

Birmingham Airport – Meet and Greet

Cost for:

Up to three passengers – £40
Four passengers – £50
Eight passengers – £60

Heathrow Airport – Meet and Greet

Cost for:

Up to three passengers – £170
Four passengers – £200
Eight passengers – £230

Payment

Rather than paying the taxi at the time, you will be invoiced by BCUIC. You will need to make the full payment before your enrolment. Please use your BCUIC student ID number as reference when making the payment.

Terms and Conditions

The charges stated above include an extra £5 administration fee as well as 20% VAT. If your pick-up is delayed for any reason, you will be required to pay any extra parking fees incurred. Failure to inform BCUIC of a cancellation or change in arrival details outside of the 4-hour cancellation notice will incur a penalty fee of the price of the pick-up.

I will notify BCUIC immediately if I change my arrival details or no longer require this service. Failure to inform BCUIC of a cancellation or change in arrival details will incur a penalty fee of the price of the pickup. Notice must be given at least 48 hours' prior to departure. If the flight is delayed or there are excess waiting periods in the immigration queues/security check there may be a waiting charge applied to the airport pick-up fee depending on the duration of the waiting time.
