Rather than paying the taxi at the time, you will be invoiced by BCUIC. You will need to make the full payment before your enrolment. Please use your BCUIC student ID number as reference when making the payment.
The charges stated above include an extra £5 administration fee as well as 20% VAT. If your pick-up is delayed for any reason, you will be required to pay any extra parking fees incurred. Failure to inform BCUIC of a cancellation or change in arrival details outside of the 4-hour cancellation notice will incur a penalty fee of the price of the pick-up.
