BCUIC Summer School 2025

If you’re thinking about studying at a UK university after finishing school, how would you like to get a taste of what it’s like this summer? Attend a BCUIC Summer School programme and experience some classes, gain advanced skills, and interact with a BCUIC tutor.

Why attend our Summer School?

Two options

  1. On-Campus: in Birmingham (UK), 20-25 July, £1,300 per person
  2. Online: via Microsoft Teams, 21-24 July, £50 per person

Interact with tutors

Whichever option you choose, you can interact directly with tutors, ask them your questions about studying at BCUIC, and get an idea of what higher education classes are like.

CPD for teachers

For every school that takes part in the BCUIC Summer School, the art teachers will be invited to a free CPD session led by BCUIC’s Senior Lecturer in Arts, Design and Media.

A Focus on Creative Subjects

Birmingham City University (BCU) ranks in the UK Top 30 for a range of creative subjects (The Guardian and The Times 2025) thanks to its industry-standard facilities and expert staff who equip students with the knowledge and skills to succeed in the creative industries.

With our Summer School programme, we want to help you develop your own creativity through specialist taster sessions (in Architecture, Fashion, and Jewellery) and experimentation.
