Portfolio requirement

For Architecture, Art and Design, Fashion, and Jewellery, applicants must submit a good portfolio if they are entering the two- or three-semester programme without a related academic subject.

For Architecture, applicants of BA (Hons) Architecture must submit a portfolio regardless of whether they have an academic background in art and design.

For Jewellery, no portfolio is required for BSc (Hons) Gemmology and Jewellery Studies or BA (Hons) Horology.

Other

Applicants of the following degrees must have a Criminal Record Check OR a letter of good conduct from the local authorities in their home country:

Pre-Master's

Related qualification requirement

Applicants of all degrees under Computing, Engineering, Media, Health and Life Sciences, and Sport and Life Sciences must have a related qualification.

Applicants of MSc Accounting and Finance require an undergraduate qualification in Accounting and Finance OR a business-related qualification with significant accounting-related content.

Applicants of MSc Construction Project Management must have an equivalent qualification in surveying, civil engineering, real estate or any other construction subjects.

Portfolio requirement

Students entering the two-semester Pre-Master’s in Architecture, Art and Design, Fashion or Jewellery must produce a portfolio. All students without an academic qualification in Art and Design must also submit a portfolio.

Other

Applicants of MSc Policing and Criminal Justice Leadership need to provide evidence of experience in a leadership role in Policing.
